We are in the center of a busy retail area in Tri-County. There are many retail and food options within a 5-10 minute drive of our community.

Maintenance
We paint, clean or replace carpet, and clean each unit before move-in. We provide a move-in gift for each resident as well, to ensure you feel at home.
During business hours, you can call the office or put in a work order request through the app/portal. After business hours, there is an emergency option on our office line.
Simple maintenance requests will be responded to and completed within 48 hours in most cases. Our techs are on call for after-hours emergencies.
During business hours, you can come to the office for assistance. After business hours, you would be required to contact a locksmith to gain entry.
Painting is allowed as long as you go back to primer white, so you do not get charged for extra coats. Any nail holes, etc., need to be spackled upon vacating.
